United StatesWarranty coverage is not what it should be for an expensive lock -Pro Series doesn’t live up to its name. They have offered me 30% off if I want to buy a new Lock from U-Tec. To be truthful I may take them up on it.
United StatesThe lock has been working well so far. We have several people that use this door and adding them through the App has worked well. The fingerprint scanner has been working well recognizing finger prints without errors. The push/pull handle feels solid and operates well. We have only had this for about a week and we have been using it daily. Hoping it holds up well for a long time.
United StatesOne lock will lock easily, but only unlocks about 80% of the way and takes 5+ attempts to open electronically. The key works, but is super stiff and I could buy a keyed lock for 1% of the Ultraloq price. The second lock locks and unlocks easily, but it locks/unlocks, and gives a "jammed" error every single time the door is opened or if a door on the opposite side of the house is opened/closed. For the price, I expected better customer service than canned replies that tell me to review the trouble shooting tips I've already tried, and offering to replace, rather than refund, a poor quality product.

There will be low battery alert on the lock and App when battery is low. Red LED will ash 3 times along with 3 beeps when the lock is activated. Please replace batteries. If battery runs out, you can use the backup key to unlock
The U-Bolt Series supports a maximum of 60 users, and each user can register 1 code.
If you purchased the Bluetooth version, you'll need to buy an additional WiFi Adaptor to connect to the internet. Click here to purchase.
If you purchased the Z-Wave version, the package includes a WiFi Adaptor. Simply plug it in, configure your home Wi-Fi, and you're all set.
If you purchased the built-in WiFi version, no additional WiFi Adaptor is needed. Just connect it to your home Wi-Fi, and you're good to go.
First, connect your lock to WiFi. For the Bluetooth version, you’ll need to purchase a WiFi Adaptor separately. For other versions, no additional purchase is needed. Download the U Home Appand follow the setup instructions provided in the app.

Working internet and Wi-Fi is required.
2. Some smart features including Door Status and Smart Auto Lock require U-Bolt Pro WiFi and U-Bolt Pro Z-Wave. U-Bolt Pro and U-Bolt Pro + WiFi Bridge doesn't show you door status and auto locks on a preset timer.
3. Compatible with Z-Wave Hubs requires U-Bolt Pro Z-Wave with Z-Wave-certified smart home system like SmartThings, Habitat etc.
