I bought this set a couple of weeks ago and finally set aside some time to install it. I wish I hadn't waited so long, they were both relatively easy to install and set up. I had a little trouble connecting the U-bolt Pro to my wi-fi but once I did it was easy from there. You do need to make sure the bolt matches up correctly and smoothly or it won't auto lock but overall this was not a big issue. I'm going to order this set again for my back door.

Latch 5 NFC utilizes this technology—simply hold the key fob / key card or your phone near the lock to unlock it instantly, providing a seamless and efficient access experience.
2、How many key cards are included in Each Latch 5 NFC, and how can I purchase extra cards?
Each Latch 5 NFC package includes two key cards, which allow you to unlock your door with a simple tap. If you need additional key cards, please click here to purchase.
3、What door sizes is Latch 5 NFC compatible with?
Latch 5 NFC fits the United States standard doors with a 2-1/8" (53 mm) diameter borehole. Click here to check the detailed dimensions.
For thicker doors between 1-3⁄4" to 2-1⁄4", please order the Ultraloq Thick Door Kit.
4、How can I unlock Latch 5 NFC if the battery runs out?
There will be a low battery alert on the lock and app when the battery is low. The tri-color LED indicator will flash RED 3 times along with 3 beeps when the lock is activated. Please replace the batteries. If the batteries run out, you can use the backup key to unlock.
5、What is the user capacity for Latch 5 NFC?
Latch 5 NFC supports a maximum of 50 users. Each user can register one code.
6、How do I connect the lock to the internet?
The built-in Wi-Fi version requires no additional WiFi adaptor. Simply connect it to your 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi, and you're good to go. It is compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, ensuring seamless integration with most standard home setups.
7、How do I connect to Alexa, Google Assistant, SmartThings, or IFTTT?
You can download the U Home App and follow the setup instructions. No additional hub is needed.
