How can I remotely control the Bolt Fingerprint?
There are two ways to remotely control the Bolt Fingerprint device:
If you're using the U home app, you can control your device remotely without hub.
If you prefer using Apple devices, you will need to set up an iPad, HomePod, or Apple TV as your remote control hub. Please keep the lock and the hub within the range of Bluetooth connectivity, ideally within 10 meters (33 feet) for optimal performance.

ULTRALOQ Bolt Fingerprint is not designed to be used on glass or sliding doors. It was also not designed to work with Mortise locks or multi-point locks.
How does the 360° Live Fingerprint technology work and how many users does it accommodate?
Our 360º Live Fingerprint technology is an AI-powered, lightning-fast fingerprint reader with a 99.8% accuracy rate. It's engineered to recognize fingerprints from any angle, ensuring immediate access. It learns and adapts over time, improving with every use.
This feature supports up to 50 users, each with the ability to register two fingerprints.
How long is battery life? Will it notify you when the battery is low and needs to be changed?
ULTRALOQ Bolt Fingerprint includes 8 AA batteries that will power the unit for a year of everyday use. When batteries are low, the lock will display a battery icon on the faceplate of the log to indicate battery power is running low. The U home app will also deliver a push notification to let you know it’s time to change the battery.
What is the battery life for Ulticam Dot Camera？
Under default settings, with an average of 10 events triggered per day, 4 AA alkaline batteries can last up to two months. If using AA lithium batteries, the battery life can extend up to four months. Actual battery life will vary based on device settings, usage, and environmental factors.
It is not recommended to place the Dot camera in high-traffic areas, as frequent triggers will accelerate battery consumption.
Does the camera support night vision?
Yes, the DOT Camera has infrared night vision for clear footage in low-light or dark conditions.
Is the camera compatible with voice assistants?
Yes, the DOT Camera works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, letting you use voice commands to control it or view footage.
