As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible user experience, we may consider transitioning to a subscription version with enhanced performance in the future.
The subscription version will not be released in the short term. Once the new version is released, we will notify you via both web and email. The fee will be reasonable according to the market standard, generally on a monthly/annual basis.
How many devices & users can I set up with ULTRALOQ Air?
There are no limitations for the free beta version.
You can control & program all your ULTRALOQ smart locks on ULTRALOQ Air.
Also, you can add unlimited users to ULTRALOQ Air.
Enable users to the lock has a limitation, you can enable 49 users to each lock as a maximum.
