United StatesInstallation was pretty easy after I removed the existing deadbolt. Some issues like deadbolt jammed notifications and an inability to get the automatic lock working and I am not sure of it has something to do with the installation of the sensor. I have steel door jambs. I have not tried the combination yet and waiting to try Apple Watch and Remote lock/unlock features. Is there a way to upgrade the software or a place to get support with a live person? :)
United StatesInstallation was easy after I removed the existing deadbolt. Having issues with notifications of "Deadbolt Jammed" where the lock is locking and unlocking as expected. Having issue with Automatic lock after I installed the Magnetic sensor and think it might have to do with the steel Door Frame. Is there a software upgrade as trying to setup for remote lock/unlock the app shows it stalling just after I select the lock orientation on the door. I have still to try and setup codes but the fingerprint and key work as designed. Where can I get support with a live person? :)
United StatesWe recently move and so this is our second ultraloq. We love it!
We installed one at our house on the coast. Works great. We like the flexibility in assigning codes to various house guests. My grandkids loved the finger print reader. And we enjoy its convenience over entering a code. We got two more for the house we are building, partly for its utility, and partly to have it on an app not connected with our other locks.
1. Some smart features, including Remote Smartphone Control, Smart Notifications, Smart Home Integration including Works with Alexa / Google Assistant / SmartThings / IFTTT with require U-Bolt + WiFi Bridge, U-Bolt WiFi or U-Bolt Z-Wave with a compatible Z-Wave-certified smart home system like SmartThings, Habitat etc. Features may vary based on Z-Wave controller. Working internet and Wi-Fi is required.
2. Some smart features including Door Status and Smart Auto Lock require U-Bolt WiFi and U-Bolt Z-Wave. U-Bolt and U-Bolt + WiFi Bridge doesn't show you door status and auto locks on a preset timer.
3. Compatible with Z-Wave Hubs requires U-Bolt Z-Wave with Z-Wave-certified smart home system like SmartThings, Habitat etc.
4. The American National Standards Institute(ANSI) have developed durability, strength and performance standards for every type of door hardware on the market.
