I love it, but the "Passage Mode" does not work like other U-Tec products

I have a lot of U-Tec locks and love them, but the Passage Mode on the Lever is very temporary, unlike the other locks which remain until you turn it off. This makes it almost useless for locks that you only sometimes want to have locked.

Excellent Customer Service

This is my 3rd unit. I have 2 for the Office and now one at home. Customer Service has been great. They even replaced product that I damaged during the installation. The units are solid and work great with no operational issues for almost a year on the two office doors. Only one negative is that you can put the lock into an "pass-through" mode where you want it to stay open until you lock it again.

Couldn't Be HAPPIER!

I love this technology, but I didn't realize how much until I installed and used it. SOOOOO easy to install, and I don't have to carry my keys around any more. Love the fact that it's locked EVERY TIME when I close the door. I don't have to worry about if I locked the door or not. Super secure too. Only regret I have is that I waited so long. Wish I would've purchased it sooner.
